🎸 Final Booking Checklist – Permageddon

Thanks for booking the UK’s #1 80s Rock Tribute Band. Before we lock everything in and send your final quote, here’s what we need to know:

Event Timing & Schedule

What time can we access the venue for load-in and setup? (We need enough time to unload, build, sound check, and change - usually 2–3 hours before performance)

What time should the sound check be complete by?

What time are we expected to start playing?

What time do we finish?

Are there any venue-imposed curfews that we should be aware of?

Venue & Technical Details

Is the stage area at least 4m x 4m and flat/level (not grass)?

Are there at least four power sockets near the stage?

If it’s a marquee, is there a solid floor or proper stage?

Are there clear, safe routes for loading equipment in and out? (No carrying amps across a field if we can help it)

Are there parking arrangements for our vehicles?

Does the venue have a sound limiter? If yes, what’s it set to?
(We don’t play venues under 110db)
